SCADA system

GWDT offers Elipse Scada software which is compatible with Altus PLC ; the specification of E3 (Elipse Scada software ) is described below:

E3 is a SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system that offers an advanced model of objects, a powerful graphic interface and a new and unique architecture allowing fast application development and ultimate connectivity to features and other applications.
Its concept incorporates state-of-the-art technologies in software development, increasing performance, productivity and quality of its applications as well as the process itself, reducing costs and losses.

Systems built with E3 usually start from real-time data collection to supervisory control systems, such as PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), RTUs (Remote Terminal Units), DAQs (Data Acquisitions), Multi-Loop or Single- Loop controllers. E3 Example of Application development for several automation projects.

Figure 1: Dose System
This application operates similarily to an electronic scale. Each production batch definition can be loaded and later transferred to a tank through the belt. The operation can happen automatically or manually.

Figure 2: Water Treatment System

This application simulates the operation of a WTA (Water Treatment Station). The greater reservoir indicates the impure water entrance that further receives chemical products for cleaning and other additives.

Figure 3: Chemical Treatment of Plates
This example illustrates the plate or part arrival in a stand for thermal treatment in an induction oven. The parts are taken to the oven through a mechanical arm. After the configuration time expires, the arm moves to another stand. The operation can happen automatically or manually.

Figure 4: Pharmaceutical Production
This application simulates the process of manufacturing pharmaceutical products. Raw materialsare transferred to a reactor and then taken to a catalysis process. All operation valves and pumps are controlled through libraries
